TrueSight/BPPM/BEM/PATROL extension: Our extension contains small changes in configuration files, PSL programs, BAROC classes, and MRL rules. Our extension is designed to quickly stretch BMC's out-of-box solutions one step further.
TrueSight/BPPM/BEM knowledge base development: Our TrueSight/BPPM/BEM knowledge base development goes beyond extension. It uses TrueSight/BPPM/BEM cell architecture as a platform to automate event processing and take various actions in any way you want. There is no limit on what can be achieved.
PATROL knowledge module development: Similar to TrueSight/BPPM/BEM knowledge base development, our PATROL knowledge module development enables you to monitor any application in your enterprise. Again there is no limit on what can be monitored.
Event integration with TrueSight/BPPM/BEM cells: Our proprietary framework includes a universal event adapter. We can integrate alerts from just about any software or device with TrueSight/BPPM/BEM cells by simply following this framework. Since the back end in our framework is standardized, the integration can be completed in a matter of days or even hours.
Data integration with TrueSight/BPPM server: We use PATROL custom KM as a wrapper to quickly integrate data collected by any monitoring tool into TrueSight/BPPM so that you can take advantage of the built-in baselines, dynamic thresholds, and prediction.
Incident ticket integration: We can quickly integrate TrueSight/BPPM/BEM cells with your incident ticketing system by adding the ticketing action using MRL rules. We can also configure your incident ticketing system to send ticket number and status back to TrueSight/BPPM/BEM cell.
